The rooms were well-equipped with electric blankets and a variety of pillows, including hypoallergenic and down pillows. the hotel has a great location close to Culross.

Deluxe room was with coffee and extra tea. It was well-equipped and there was free Wi-Fi.

The location was unbeatable, near the nice hanging gardens lookout & the seaside and overlooking river. My deluxe king room was available with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a dining area.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and we loved the idea of having a deluxe room with a bath.

We were treated to a delicious Christmas dinner and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. the location was perfect, situated in the heart of a charming village with plenty of attractions nearby. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which added to the festive ambiance.

Our room was quite small and cramped. It felt a bit claustrophobic, especially with all the Christmas decorations.

We absolutely loved our stay at this guesthouse. The property was beautifully decorated and furnished, giving it a luxurious and stylish feel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with everything we could wish for and more. The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast was superb, consisting of homemade and local produce. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the historic village and close to all the visitor attractions. We also had the option to have breakfast in the beautiful garden, which was a lovely bonus.
